My only reason for not giving 5 stars for the room is because we had a room overlooking the platform at Balham Station (overground). This was our 5th stay and have previously had rooms overlooking Balham High Road. It came down to the fact that people on the platform, and even on a stationary train could look straight into our room..... and they did !!!!! A quick, cheap and simple 'fix' for this problem would be to fit a blind or even a piece of voile up at the window. This would help massively. All that said, the room itself (we had a SuperRoom on 3rd floor) was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was great and everything very clean. The location is amazing; right next door to Balham underground and National rail overground Station. The staff on the front desk are super professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back when we visit family in Balham next time.

(Original) très bon hôtel pour un 2 étoiles. l'accueil est sympathique. Proprete des parties publiques. Il semble avoir été refait récemment (séjour en 05/23). Rooms: La chambre "supérieur" est très bien avec les appareils mis à disposition: machine expresso, bouilloire, fer à repasser, ventilateur. Elle est refaite également à neuf offrant une salle de douche très fonctionnelle. Propreté excellente. Vraiment rien à redire.
