    Got stuck in the room that the hotel cleaning staff avoid obviously. I mean I appreciate it's cheap for London but it's still £150+ per night and at the very least you'd expect a bit of cleanliness. I am not exaggerating when I say that I highly doubt this carpet has been cleaned since it was first fitted. Dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. To top it off I can't even have a cuppa because there's a kettle in the room but no mugs at all.

    The most unpleasant experience in a Travelodge. I used their hotesls before but never been so disappointed. We had the room B2019, the carpet was worn and with big patches of faded colour which made the room look creepy, the desk lamp didn't work and the room was quite dark, no kettle, no coffee, just 2 bags of tea and plenty of sugar, no glasses in the bathroom and towels just for 1 although it was a double room booked for 2 guests. Nobody cleaned the room, after 3 days of staying we needed to ask reception to get it cleaned. Staff was nice but overwhelmed with the amount of things to do and tried to help but... didn't really.
