Convenient for Leeds City Centre and staff are friendly. Rooms are very basic, but clean. No air conditioning and windows do not open fully. Strong smell of cooked garlic coming in through the windows and the only view is of the back of an industrial looking building. The noise from the industrial size air-conditioning unit on the building behind the hotel is very annoying and resulted in a very bad night's sleep. 21" television with Freeview. USB charging points. Beds are firm but not uncomfortable. Bathroom has good size shower cubicle with shower curtain. Good water pressure from the shower (if you hold in the button while turning the control). Hair and body wash provided. Breakfast is terrible, so would advise eating elsewhere.

Not the best experience, even for a budget overnight stay. The staff were attentive and helpful but the accommodation was stark and soulless. The bleak exterior views of a brick wall were not helped by a colourless and very basic interior decor. Whilst showers are now de rigueur a floaty and insufficiently long curtain makes for a poor showering experience.

BED BUGS. One star is a stretch. The bare minimum you expect from a hotel is clean sheets and no bed bugs….Spent two nights here, found lipstick on the pillow when we arrived and returned home to find multiple bites. After contacting the hotel they confirmed there was an infestation and their compensation offer was a joke. Just spend a bit more and stay elsewhere, it’s not worth the risk of bites and bringing them back into your home. Disgusting hotel.
