Really good location and easy to find, just south of Ipswich on A12. I've stayed here a couple of times and the rooms are large, warm and quiet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There is only a garage and Starbucks nearby. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

It was impossible to find as Travelodge provided two different postcodes via email/text. We flagged this up with the Receptionist on arrival. If we had realised the Travelodge was in the middle of a service area we wouldn't have booked especially as the rooms were a lot more basic than other Travelodge's we have stayed in. Our main gripe was the rude two Receptionists who thought they were doing nothing wrong by parking in the only two available Blue Badge holder spaces. When I pointed out that my husband is disabled with a blue badge and needed to use one of these spaces, they retorted "you didn't book a disabled room". We didn't (we booked a family room) but I can't see how that justifies them using the spaces when there were plenty of other car park spaces they could have used. My husband has terminal cancer, needs the extra space the blue badge spaces provide, as he has difficulty getting in/out of the car. One of the Receptionists only moved her car because it was the end of their shift. They were laughing and joking about it and we didn't like their attitude, which was puerile and unprofessional.

Lovely quiet place. Nice and clean comfy cosy bed and room. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was no breakfast but that was my fault for not looking properly. But overall a lovely relaxing stay! Also the staff were lovely and friendly Food & drinks: There was no food but was really lovely location to go get food
