Lucky enough to book into the room when the new carpets had just been laid. The room was clean and tidy, a little bit further than the other premier in but still plenty of bars and a bit quieter. The staff were brilliant, I left my headphones in the room and they were kind enough to post them back to me. Noteworthy details: There is a bar opposite or a gym next door if you feel healthy.

Toilet had urine in when we arrived! Hairs all over the bed and carpet was filthy. It also smells. We refused to stay and were refused a refund, they couldn't offer us alternate room as they said they were fully booked. ZERO customer service from reception. Homeless people sleep infront of the doors and it feels very unsafe. No overnight parking and nowhere to stop and drop bags off as people park in the loading bay and leave their car! Overall the worst hotel I've ever stayed in or not stayed in!

Stayed here for work for one night, we arrived at the hotel about 10pm and was greeted by a very friendly lady on reception checked in and handed our door cards. Rooms were clean and tidy and I think it was recently refurbished, as there was a new carpet smell in the room. There is a car park opposite with two pubs, one at either end of the road.
