    Stayed here for a week the staff was amazing, especially the young girl in the evening on reception and the lady in the morning on breakfast only down fall was how hot it was I did cheak out a day early no fault to the I was just hot and had a lack of sleep and the final day I had to go down 4 separate times to get my key card fixed. They changed the battery on my door and it became worse but I was grouchy cause lack of sleep. Also when I went down and asked to do a complaint the guy just ignored me so maybe you need to have a word as he is the only person to let the team down. Will definitely use them again tho it’s only a keycard

    No parking had to park in public car park payable (not free) away from hotel with 2 young children not the best start then told an hour for food then told they didn't have what was needed for food we had ordered felt like walking away but as booked and paid for online not alot else we could do Selina was accomodating as she gave us 2 rounds of drinks for inconvenience but still not a great start. Rooms: Ok clean and modern with TV and tea and coffee facilities

    Having checked-in to my hotel room I found that both the TV and the extractor fan were broken. I reported this to reception and with it being 6pm understood that maintenance would be unable to fix it, however I fully expected to be offered an alternative room. No. All I was told by reception was “I can’t do anything about it”. I’m sorry but that simply isn’t good enough and would like someone from Travel Lodge to contact me. Well, you’ve lost a regular visitor to the hotel, Premier Inn for me now… Rooms: Maintenance issues…..

    Just an horrible stay... Corridors were dirty as well as the room, no A/C There were stains in my bed and the matress was ruined. Staff is not very capable, all they had to say was "SoRRy"... Never Travel Lodge again...

    Stayed for 4 nights, and it was a nice stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and comfy. Dinner was very nice each night, and the presentation was good. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The only downside was my shower seemed to be stuck on boil alive temperature, which was not nice. The room was topped up with fresh towels when requested. I would stay here again
