Upon booking online, I rang the hotel to ask if my booking could be two rooms next to each other as I was travelling with a friend, which was confirmed during the call. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms but both on different floors from each other, so we had to ask the person on the front desk to change them, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The rooms were clean and tidy - very basic. They are not particularly sound proof as I was woken by people shouting goodnight to each other at around 11:30pm and again at 6:30am by a man screaming down the phone for 15 minutes. Not the hotels fault obviously, but I'm still quite surprised that others don't take their noise into consideration when staying in a hotel. Other than that, it was a decent bed and sleep and it did the job. We also booked breakfast, which was a little packed lunch-box style box with cereal, milk, OJ, and a flapjack. If I need to, I will probably stay here again as it's cheap.
