Rooms: The room is not very good. There was mould on the sealant by the bath tap. The sink tap and bath rails looked bad. The skirting boards and bathroom door were dirty, and the wall where the kettle was had tea and coffee stains. The door peep hole had toilet paper pushed into it the bath overflow and bathroom door hinges was rusty, and the bed mattress had blood stains on it. One of the 4 pillows had slobber stains on it.

Turn up and looked ok, got into the room which had no heating and a broken wall heater with windows wide open and freezing, next morning no top ups I asked for a toilet roll at reception and got told they could only give me one under current condition which for a family sharing a room is unbelievably absurd. Toilet vibrating while flushing and all this for what was not a cheap stay but over priced which I expected more. Disappointed.
