I was booked into this hotel for work purposes, and found the experience to be mixed. The team seem really friendly and helpful - very happy with the service. They were also very disability aware. The hotel car park is small and so don't count on being able to get a space in it. The room is clean, but the bed and pillows are hard and not very comfortable. There are only two electrical sockets, and none near the bed for phone charging. Basics like a hairdryer and a glass to drink from are absent. I was surprised that you have to pay for WiFi - it's a bit like going back in time!
