Arriving I was greeted by Courtney, who from the offset was exceptional - she went out of her way to help me, where my company failed. She also had time to laugh and joke, making my stressful arrival so much more agreeable. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Look forward to another visit. Situated next to a Toby carvery, although very quiet. There isn’t anything within walking distance.

Rooms: The room was very clean and tidy, fully equipt with tea, cofee etc with a nice view and very quiet. Would definitely appreciate being given this room when I visit again un May for my friends wedding. Safety: I felt very safe and secure as was my car. Plenty of parking spaces. Food & drinks: I greatly appreciated the tea when I arrived as I had driven nearly 4 hours to reach my destination.

Noteworthy details: The rooms weren't cleaned never for all my staying there in the bathroom didn't have shampoo and 1 towel less, on the ceiling don't have installed lights only small light on the walls was very disturbing to my eyes one of the members of the staff an old woman with long blond hair was very rude but I reported her so soon the money should be refund bcs that's not the way they have to treat to anyone...the building is very old and smells all the hotel is smelling the hotel price are expensive than in London or Liverpool doesn't worth it to for there, nothing futuristic exist. Also, there doesn't have any nearby houses, shops, banks entertainment absolutely nothing apart from the hotel and next to it one old English pub which is full of drunk old people it's a proper jungle around also no uber eat, available or any other easy option the hospital also is a far way there can go only by your own car night time so imagine what kind of place that could be... out there have better hotels and on a better price.

The bathroom I had which in an accessible room has been renewed the hotel is very comfy I can't get Internet inside the building but can from the car park. There is a Toby Carvery next door which is great for breakfast lunch and evening meal. It has a large free car park which could do with a bit of a tidy up. Is hotels a bit out of the way so do not leave any valuables in view in your car or van.
