This place was lovely after travelling round for a while as we were let down by our original booking ( closed and border up!!!). Doug was amazing... we were given a room on the 4th floor but when he saw I had a mobility problem he went above and beyond and git us a room on the ground floor. He was a star. Comfy room, lovely staff, very happy.
