This is NOT a serious company/application, do NOT trust what they say or promise you. I had an insurance on my trip with them and they told me on the phone that I would get my money back (except 20 % in fee’s), but are still waiting and waiting. Everytime I ask about when I will get them they say that they are waiting for the air plain company’s to send them to them and I will get it as soon as they come. But I was told that I would have them on my account in 14 days when I talked to them and that’s 3-4 weeks ago no and still nothing. Not even an email from them to tell me what is taking so long. No this is fraud. I will let you know if I get my money back, but I have no good feeling for anny one that lies about date’s and so on. Really expensive too, if you’re trip shall cost 300,-kr. it will be min.1300,-kr. or more when you finally get through all the stuff that they ask you. A NO FROM ME AND MY FAMILY……..!
