The Travelex and ATM at Manchester airport is an absolute joke! The worst exchange rate I've ever seen and the charges to get your own money out even with a Travelex card is atrocious. It's a 1pm on a Saturday during Summer and there is no one at the desk until 4:30pm.

The lady working is either dishonest/incompetent or both. She tried to exchange pounds to euro at .91 rate instead of 1.09. When I realized that I told her and she got angry and started yelling at me. She didn’t even let me explain to her that it’s not possible that I receive less euros than sterling I gave her.
