Avec le billet TDM parfois c'est possible de s'enregistrer et parfois non, ce fut le cas pour Latam. Et malgré que nous soyons toujours arrivé plus de 3h avant le vol à l'aéroport pour les vols internationaux et bien quand nous nous sommes présentés pour l'enregistrement, seules 4 personnes pouvaient embarquer sur 5 (je précise c'est mon fils de 7 ans qui restait sur le carreau). Le vol était complet et toutes les personnes avaient déjà fait leur enregistrement. Nous sommes septiques. Bref nous attendons devant la porte d'embarquement et tout le monde embarque et plus de places. Mon mari reste et je pars avec les 3 enfants sans savoir comment il allait me rejoindre (nous avions un autre vol le lendemain et il ne pouvait pas prendre le même vol le lendemain). Finalement l'hotesse trouve un arrangement il va prendre 2 vols et nous rejoindra le soir très tard. Nous demandons à Travel Nation quelques jours plus tard si cet incident aura des répercussions sur son billet TDM. Non c'est bon pas de problème. Pour le suivant du billet TDM, seuls mes 3 enfants et moi avions un billet et le billet TDM de mari était marqué comme clos. Nous avons été trimbalé de comptoir en comptoir (Latam, Iberia, Latam). Nous avions 5h d'avance sur notre vol et la solution a été trouvé au bout de 3h d'attente avec nos sacs et des enfants qui en avaient vraiment marre. Lors de nos échanges avec Travel Nation, ils nous ont dit que si avions appelé notre référente, elle nous aurait transmis un numéro pour débloquer le billet. Seulement nous quittions le pays (fin de forfait) et étions un week end (notre référente ne travaille pas le week end). Je doute que la ligne d'urgence nous aurait trouvé la solution. A refaire je ne reprendrais pas un billet TDM. Nous avons eu trop de problèmes que nous avons régler bien souvent tout seul. Bien évidement Travel Nation nous informe qu'ils ne sont pas responsable des autres compagnies, que pour l'enregistrement en ligne qui ne fonctionne pas ce n'est pas leur faute, qu'il faut bien se présenter au moins 2h à l'avance (nous étions toujours à l'aéroport au moins 3h avant le vol), qu'ils n'avaient pas connaissance du surbooking (j'ai du mal à le croire), que pour eux sur leur sytème le billet TDM de monsieur n'était pas clos (qui croire chacun se renvoie la balle). Toutes ces galères ont perturbé notre TDM, et je peux vous dire que partir sans son mari avec ses 3 enfants dans une ville de haute insécurité restera vraiment un moment traumatisant pour moi et mes enfants.

    An expensive mistake choosing this company. Too many things went wrong on what should have been a memorable holiday and family reunion in NZ and Malaysia. Inadequate, shabby accommodation for the most part, a promised meet and greet turned out to be a shuttle bus, in one instance, on arrival in Auckland after a long flight the wrong hotel was named in our booking confirmation, and worst of all, a reluctance by the agent and later, the MD, to take ownership for the problems we encountered. Blaming Covid at this present time is simply not acceptable. As B&B owners during those times, we are perfectly aware of how hard these times were. NB To set the record straight, we received a refund of £102 when the cost of our trip was approx. £8500. Three of the hotels selected by Travel Nation over the 18 days were well below standard.
