I think this must be the 7th or 8th travel plan we have done with Travel Matters - so aptly named as they really do care about your holiday experience from start to finish . Our latest jaunt was to Mexico and the brief - a mixture of culture and beach - was brilliantly executed . We had three different locations , great ground staff and real insight in terms of what we were experiencing . Will continue to use them as they listen and always deliver !

Very helpful travel agent. Travel Matters compiled an excellent itinerary for us in Australia and New Zealand. We tinkered with it a bit and suggested a few changes, which Travel Matters were happy to make. They made all the bookings, and provided a very helpful handbook with all the details. They also helped us to find seats together as a family when we were unable to do so ourselves on-line. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Travel Matters' Wild Swimming and Writing Retreat. Not only did I get to learn more about cold-water swimming during our daily dips in Loch Tay, the retreat gave me the time and space to step back from writing to tight deadlines and be a little more creative. Stucktaymore is an amazing villa and I met some lovely people, too, who made it a welcoming space in which to try out new ideas. I'd definitely go back!
