We used this company on our wedding day for transport at the end of the reception to where we were staying. The whole process from the reservation through to car selection was easy and highly approachable. In fact, most of it was done via what’s app and replies were invariably quick. On the night itself our driver Roger was courteous, charming and helped us with the luggage we we were carrying. The music inside the car was great and we also had glasses provided for our champagne. Finally the Bentley itself was simply stunning and really turned heads at the venue! Overall an impeccable way to end an unbelievable day. Thanks again guys.

I booked a Chauffeur with TIS between the Christmas and New Year period 2022, and entrusted them to take my 94 year old aunt home from Chester to Yorkshire. I cannot rate the service they delivered highly enough. The initial booking process with Faizaan, was very professional and Faizaan was very helpful and informative and sent me all the details promptly using Watts App. The driver’s details were sent to be the day before travel and we arranged pick up. Chris, the driver, was fantastic and really went above and beyond to ensure my aunt had a comfortable and safe journey home and helped carry all her bags inside at the drop off location (and even rang me to advise me she was now home!!). My aunt commented he was an excellent and careful driver and very professional and personable and would certainly use again. Thanks so much TIS for providing an excellent service that is rarely seen these day!

We were being told to pay a deposit of 200 pounds and the rest after finishing the tour. They changed their commitment and asked me to move out of the car. Usually a taxi service is being paid after end of service very rude behavior especially with kids and with my mom. Although we lost 200 pounds, I wouldn’t accept this kind of behavior

I arranged transport for my husband, 2 brothers & 2 nephews for a boys day out to the football. The first driver was falling asleep at the wheel & my brother told him to pull over at the service station to have a break. The second driver for the trip home was looking at his phone whilst driving 80mph in the rain. I would not use this company again, completely unprofessional!
