I feel I have to balance the other reviews. After booking with Travelheights I got seriously worried. I was told tickets would be with me a few hours after booking. I checked and checked. No tickets in my inbox or spam folder 12 hours later. I checked reviews and saw the Google reviews thinking I'd been scammed. Then I checked my other e-mail address and found the tickets had been sent, on time. The problem was that the e-mail address tied to my credit card was NOT the e-mail address we'd used during the booking. It seems the credit card e-mail address is the one that had to be used for security purposes. Problem solved and explained. Subsequently I had a question or two and Darry, the chap that handled the booking originally, got back to me within 30 minutes, by phone, to answer my queries. He couldn't have been faster or more helpful. If you see problems about delays with refunds in the reviews here I'd ask you to consider they may have been during the Covid days where airlines were the hold-up, not travel agents. I'd also suggest you look at the other main review site for a more accurate and balanced view of this company. Finally, I declare I have no interest in this company other than trying to give peace of mind to worried customers that have yet to fly. Certainly, with the booking I made (£5,000 pounds of Thai Airways flights), they did a great job.

This company will scam you. Our airline refunded the money to them and they are not refunding the customers. They are so unprofessional and have no business ethic. Also the address for the East Ham office is not real I went to the address and it’s not there. Every time we try to get hold of our agent “Atif” they say we will get a call back and they do not contact you, they make excuses saying he’s not in the office. The reason he is not in the office is because there is NO Office. Going to report them to the police too for fraud. They will literally refuse to give your money to you. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I brought airline tickets 2 weeks ago & still not had them. I was told the airline are scheduling flights so I rang Qatar to find out & they aren't at all. Absolute joke. Contacted my credit company to sort it out as I'm not confidence I'll get the tickets or refund. DO NOT USE!!!!
