I got stuck in the airport due to misleading information from this company. they told me that I am traveling with an umrah visa but I was left behind due to excessive baggage weight which it clearly says on my ticket 2x 30kg but when I checked in I was told is only 23kg and when I went back to recheck the plane had already left me plus half of people in the group and I was told that I have to pay ÂŁ900 plus to get a new ticket due to my visa been a tourist visa. The group leader was useless and unhelpful he left half of the group behind. I will never again travel with such company again! SCAM PLEASE AVOID and travel with different company, pay more and have a smooth transition. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! really unhelpful when it comes to sort things out.

My mom was one of the 6 people. These people are still in Jeddah struggling. I spoke to manager/CEO of the company but they say nothing he can do. I had to rent a place for all 6 people to help them while we are looking on how to get them ticket back. Alhamdullillah, at least I get them to safe place.

My mum went for Umrah, she was due to come yesterday but was left behind by the airline and the agency, who was supposed to make sure everyone boards the flight. She's stuck with 3 other adults and 2 special needs/disabled kids. This is inhumane! The travel agency is refusing to book them another flight and we are now forced to cough up more money for their tickets to return to UK!

This company don't care about the passengers they take to Umrah. 6 people who have language barrier, still stranded in Jeddah, their families are doing what they can to get them back. The company they don't care about their wareabouts. Called them several times nothing has been done. Please if anyone can guide us on how to sue them will be much appreciated

Avoid these people, they are crooks and absolutely unprofessional wheeler dealers - they took a huge Hajj deposit from me and won’t give me my money back now that they have been unable to offer Hajj services this year. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Look at other reviewers’ woes as well. Shocking and absolutely horrendous. Be warned! Avoid like the plague.
