Andy is an absolute legend, after getting caught out last minute Andy was able to accommodate our football team, travelling from Northern Ireland to Sheffield for the weekend, from airport pick ups to cross town football matches over the course of the weekend. Not only did he provide an excellent service he was the best guide we could have hoped for, Andy was prepared for all eventualities and slight itinerary changes, he went above and beyond ensuring our utmost comfort on and off the bus, even providing pitch-side refreshments!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Andy and Travel Direct for anyone travelling to Sheffield, I know we will be seeking his services on our return. Thank you Andy from us all at NI Vets

Andy and his team are exceptional! We used them for wedding transport, both to the church and venue and then a 12am multiple pick ups and drop offs and they couldn't have been more helpful and willing. They helped people into the buses that needed help and were happy to wait for late comers. Andy's prices are the best around and I would totally use then again.

Andy is always extremely punctual , polite and has been very flexible and understanding when our situation has changed , I will be using them again in the summer for an airport run I have the upmost trust in them , all drivers have given great customer service!!
