Fiona organised my wife’s surprise 40th week away in Venice and she was EXCELLENT!!! Her knowledge of Venice and where to stay as well where to go and some amazing off the beaten track experiences was just brilliant. She was attentive to the type of experience I wanted and came back with several options that were all spot on and made the whole experience of organising something like this just so easy and enjoyable. Even when our flights were cancelled the week of our trip, booking with Fiona meant that she arranged alternative flights and let us know all within hours of it happening. The first thing I knew of it was when Fiona called and let me know that she had sourced alternative flights and would we like to book them! From start to finish she was great to deal with and I would highly recommend using Travel Design Limited - We will certainly be looking no further then Travel Design Limited from now on for all our holidays. Amazing service!!! As a family we wanted to go on safari but had no idea how to go about it. We approached Fiona to see if she was able to help us as she specialises in bespoke safari packages. We were not disappointed!! From the off set Fiona asked us what we wanted from the trip, budget, duration and what was the most important animals we wanted to see. She went away and put together a fantastic Itinerary that was hard to find faults with. Fast forward a year we have just returned from our trip to Kenya and Zanzibar and I can truly say Fiona’s planning and attention to detail was outstanding. As a group of 9 we were looked after so well and every ground handler knew who we were and where we needed to be next. We even saw all the big 5 and the migration!!! We literally switched of and put 100% trust in Travel Designed.
