Have purchased several T-shirts and a hoodie on the 10th of March. It has been way over the 12 days timeframe up until they are supposed to ship the order. There has been no answer to my e-mails, the chat is a joke as it does not work, and you are never connected to anyone. The phone number is also a joke as I am almost 100% sure no one will ever pick up the phone as I have tried getting through several times and you are always prompted to leave a voicemail after around 20-30 minutes of waiting. The phone and chat systems seem to be automated to NOT WORK. I honestly cannot understand how there is so much hype around this brand yet the customer service is absolutely non-existent. You just feel there is nothing you can do as they literally ignore you. Good there is a physical store but going all the way to London for that is a mission. I am still waiting for a reply from the company which I honestly believe it will never come. The customer service seems completely unmanned.

If you buy something from Trapstar please do not attempt to send it back as you will not be getting a refund or anything. Everyone please report to trading standards and get this strange company investigated. This is meant to be an established business but it operates like a drop shipping company
