Train your drivers properly: 3 May 2023, at Tower Hill, the driver on the westbound route, driving tube number 035, first played an announcement to tell us we had in order to even out the services. Then he told us on the intercom that there was a tube ahead of him so he couldn't move until the line was clear in front of him. I would've accepted that excuse whether it was true or not but because a minute later, the District Line on the adjacent platform heading towards Wimbledon had left and he failed to disclose that it would be leaving first, I could smell bull feaces. Another 5-10 minutes later, he kept coming back on the intercom to tell us with the same rubbish he wanted us to believe the last 15-minutes we'd been waiting for. A shocking service by a disfunct organisation and a disfunct mayor, who has the audacity to keep increasing fares year upon year but fails to improve services year upon year.
