Superb training course delivered in a comfortable environment that I believe has equipped me to take what I have learned and practice it in the real world. The facility was adequate and there was limitless tea, coffee and water to keep us all refreshed with biscuits and lunch served each day too. Both trainers were very knowledgeable and managed to cover a lot of information over the two days in both a fun and enjoyable way whilst also navigating the more sensitive topics carefully and respectfully. A very positive, learning experience.
