We have just completed our second glass fusing session with Paul and, once again, it was fantastic. Due to the limited class size you receive, pretty much, one to one tuition, from a very talented and patient teacher. Paul explains everything, the tools and equipment available for use, the different types of glass, how to cut glass, very clearly in what is a relaxed and friendly environment. We are looking forward to seeing our finished works of art once they have been fired and obviously our next session! I went for a taster session for glass fusion on Saturday and it was fantastic! Paul kept the numbers low at just three of us to ensure the optimum tuition level meaning all of us got his undivided attention. The course taught us how to cut glass and the different results that can be obtained using jewels, spaghetti and frit (all glass of course)! We then proceeded to make our own lightcatchers which were then left with Paul to fire in the kiln. I received my finished article today and couldn't be happier. It's turned out brilliantly and all due to the excellent tuition from Paul. His relaxed, nurturing and enthusiastic approach makes the whole process fun to complete and I will certainly be back for the improvers session! Such good value for money too - couldn't be bettered :)
