So I bought my engine from these guys and had it fit by an independent garage, my vehicle still wasn’t preforming right but they we’re always on the other end of the phone with help and advice. In the end my mechanic couldn’t resolve the issue so I got it recovered back to Transit Tech. They promised me it would be priority when it got there and to their word it was. It arrive there and within 24 hours it had been fixed and running like it should. They even wavered the bill. If I ever got another van and it needed an engine these guys would be the first place I’d ring in future. But I’d also get the engine fit by them aswell, they are the specialists after all. Just arrived home after having a new engine fitted to our 2.4 mk7 Transit converted camper. From the very first communication Rich was very straight talking and we instantly felt at ease. He clearly knows what he is doing. Had the van back in 3 days turnaround from the start of the work. We took on all his recommendations and he was more than generous with his time to explain everything he was doing. He even updated us with photos and videos. We collected the van and the whole 200 plus miles home it never missed a beat. Honestly feels like a new van. If you care about your van like we do I would 100% recommend sending it to Transit Tech.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I chose transit tech to supply and fit a (NEW RECONDITIONED) engine into my transit. After receiving a text to say my van is ready for collection, I arrived at the garage to find my van in a shocking state. Bonnet was up, the oil and coolant caps missing, no coolant in the tank, the bumper wasn't fitted properly, the number plate was not fitted back on and oil marks are all over my bonne the staff in the garage didn't see a problem. I rang the owner who was on holiday and instructed the staff to fix the issues. After 2 months of having the van back, I now have an Excessive oil leak. Spoke to the owner about the issue who said it's not under warranty as the parts used are off your old engine when it clearly states new (reconditioned engine) I have now instructed legal advice to get this issue resolved with transit tech.

Richard and the team are straight talking and fair , I had engine supplied and fitted new turbo, and a new injector . Turn around was 4 days , did their best to get it done before my holiday, well pleased and super customer communications . Will use again brilliant

After 9 months and 2 previous garages failed to repair my engine.
