From the very start, I knew we were in amazing hands with Lisa at Transfur. We had 2 ‘older’ animals (both with some health issues) so I knew it wouldn’t be an easy journey. Lisa guided us at every step of the way and also liaised with our vet on the ‘do’s ‘and ‘do not’s’ of pet emigration. There is no way I could have done this alone! Very early on, there was a slight document error on the blood test form (not from Transfur), which Lisa picked up on very quickly. This meant we had to repeat the blood test but better that then being turned away at the airport!! 😳 Lisa was always at hand to answer any queries I had and due to a change in circumstances, she was very understanding and beyond helpful when I had to slightly chance my plans and required boarding for my cat before his flight. Lisa kept me updated on my cat while he was in boarding and on his flights and let me know he was doing ok. We wouldn’t have done this without Lisa/Transfur and her help, advice and sympathy/empathy (to my change of situation) was above and beyond.

We recently relocated from the UK to Denmark with Harvey our Cocker Spaniel. Harvey is under two years old and is a very sensitive spaniel. Due to this we were extremely worried about relocating Harvey and even considered rehoming him which was heartbreaking and we just couldn't do it. Lisa at Transfur Animals addressed all of our concerns, guiding us through the process and reassuring us that Harvey would be just fine. Any small hiccup was dealt with calmly and swiftly by Lisa on our behalf. Transfur Animals arranged kennels, ensured all the necessary vet checks were undertaken and organised safe passage by air for Harvey. Thanks to Lisa's stellar support, caring approach and extensive experience, Harvey arrived safe and well in Copenhagen with us. The communication from Transfur Animals was excellent throughout and the price was very competitive. In summary, this is a professional outfit that truly care. They are an excellent choice to transport furry family members. A huge thank you to Transfur Animals!

We had an exceptional experience with Andy and Lisa at Transfur Animals. They provided excellent support moving our dog from the UK to Boston. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly and made sure our dog was perfectly prepared for travel. We received much higher quotes from other providers but Transfur Animals came through with a great experience. We can't recommend them enough!

Well I don't know how my experience of using Transfur ended so badly. I had expected to be writing a 5 * review. Everything was handled fine including liaison with my difficult vet until the last part of my dogs journey from quarantine in Melbourne to Sydney. My dogs flight changed twice and at no point was I informed. The horror and stress of wondering where my dogs were was awful and incredibly upsetting. Dogtainers who were responsible for their last flight in Oz are saying its because it was a 3rd party booking!! Transfur (Lisa) said she would look into it for me and never got back to me. Unfortunately I won't be recommending either company now in my expat and travel to Oz groups 😪

We have recently returned to New Zealand after 12 months living back in the UK, and decided to try Transfur Animals for the move back. I can honestly say having previously used other pet relocation services, Transfur was hands down the best! From the moment we booked our cat Mia, we had constant communication from them regarding the process prior to flying and were on hand day and night to answer any questions. Lisa who we dealt with, went over and above to make us feel confident about Mia's trip, she was amazing. With Transfur also booking the quarantine at the other end, it just meant that everything was taken care of and the quarantine facility they use is second to none. Moving abroad is a stressful time and with pets, even more so. Sophie and Lisa were so helpful and kind throughout the process. Their pricing was reasonable, although not the cheapest, they provided me the best service I could’ve asked for. If you’re looking for a pet relocation agent to transport your pet out of the UK, I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else. Go with Transfur Animals and relax.
