    I have never liked the idea of a gym but after 2 people telling me about Transform and how good it was I decided to give it a go. I have now been going to regular sessions for 8 months and am really feeling the benefits. I feel stronger and have more stamina and have lost over a stone in weight. Sessions are varied so you are never bored. Support from the coaches is always there if you need it. Highly recommended.

    Transform gym has been amazing for me. I’m not a fan of the usual type of gym and struggle with what to do in there and why. Transform changes all that! I’ve had advice on nutrition and lifestyle alongside intensive coaching and have tried some great activities I never thought I’d be able to do, such as weight training. The PT’s are really personable and are great at helping you get everything from posture right, to activities to push you forward, to what to eat on the day which really helps when you’re new to it all! Excellent place I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - Don’t expect an easy ride, but it’s well worth the effort!!

    I have completed 2 weeks (4 sessions) of training with Anna on a 1 to 1 basis. I was a bit unsure as to how suitable the sessions would be for a 75 year old woman. But they have been brilliant.
