I had my breast augmentation with Transform in Reading done in October 2018 and it was the best decision I ever made! I went for the free consultation which was only about a 15 minute chat but that suited me as I didn’t want to go somewhere that goes on and tells me a load of lies. They showed me different implant types and before and after photos, also talked about the finance option which I went for and I have no problems with that at all. I hadn’t researched any surgeons that I wanted to go with so they selected Dr.Rochira for me and I am so pleased that they did! When I went for my appointment with him he knew exactly what size my breasts should go to without looking silly on my body shape and advised me which implants would look fake or more natural. I trusted him and we chose the round implants for a more natural look. I was going to pay more for the teardrop but he was honest and told me the complications of these flipping whilst inside so I’m glad that he advised me of this instead of just taking more money from me. I had the surgery done at the Riverside hospital in London, everything and everyone was lovely there and I was well looked after. After my surgery was done I didn’t wake with any drains which I was so happy with Dr. Rochira about because I was told that he very rarely uses drains. Whereas, all 3 of the other girls on my ward had different surgeons and they all woke with drains. I was home the same day as my surgery and everything has been perfect! I was only in pain for around 2 days then I was feeling great, went back to Riverside after 1 week for my check up which they removed the plasters and no infection at all. I had my check up appointments with the nurse at transform in Reading and she was very thorough and lovely and then I had another appointment with my surgeon and he was extremely impressed with the results. I have been told that I will be able to book yearly check ups with my surgeon at the Reading clinic to check them which I’m really happy about just to make sure everything is well with the implants. Overall I am so happy with Transform and I would recommend them to anyone considering breast augmentation!

1.2 appointments and no closer to breast augmentation, 3rd appointment I apparently didn't need?!?! 2.Instead of the clinic contacting my doctor, no it was down to me. 3. At one point having not booked my surgery I was asked for a 500 pound deposit over the phone!

I have had Botox here a few times, they keep changing the doctors and there is no consistency! I have spent £250 for three area of Botox on face and it has not worked, I went back for a top up as is normal and the doctor had changed. The new doctors was not overly friendly and basically fobbed me off, the superficial top up she did, has not worked either and so I have wasted a hard earned £250!!!! Very disappointed, when I called them I was told I am out of the two week top up time now and I could go back for a consult but no guarantee they will rectify this!! It's a long way from where I live and the procedure was simple to begin with, I have had this here before and a third visit for a chat is not acceptable! I won't recommend this clinic!!! They have my notes, why did they not just do what was done previously????
