Really lovely hospital, was well looked after as soon as I walked through the door. All the staff were really friendly and put me at ease. Special thanks to Saphire and chaitanya who both went out of their way for me when I was feeling abit poorly. Professional and caring.

Went today for my pre op appointment.Im having breast implant removel as I believe I have breast implant illness Very frosty on reception on my arrival. I was half hour late for my appointment as I could not find the clinic I'd been driving for 2 hours. My health questions had been filled in (twice) before my appointment and sent over I had an email back confirming it had been received but still they wanted me to fill in yet another form which I declined I was asked what procedure I was there for when surely they should have already known. Then I was asked in the middle of a room to take my top off no privacy whatsoever I'm now not sure if I'm going ahead with the procedure at all.lost all confidence in them Bare in mind people are paying big money. No respect was given to me at all And it was 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time when I finally went in I'm disgusted and disappointed

The surgeon is amazing, the nurse after care is brilliant I can't fault it, Laura was my nurse in the Birmingham clinic, but trying to get money back off them is an absolute joke! My surgeons assistant georgina is possibly loosing the surgeon money, she never responds to you, I've been left for days with no reply, she never answers her phone either, I am still waiting for my refund of £1,200 and I'm being passed around from person to person on the phone! No one give me dates or any updates, I'm annoyed and angry obviously I worked hard to get my credit score up and because of thos company and the lack of job being done its going to affect my score so my new house is off the cards genuinely not happy and would not recommend this company for this reason, trying to get your money back is like trying to get blood out of a stone! They are quick enough to take but not give back, they told me 28days it's been over 35

I had an appointment here on the 10th of June. The staff were friendly and helpful and for someone who has severe anxiety I was made to feel comfortable.

Not a problem with the hospital at Bromsgrove but trying to call the clinic is a joke. Phone rings out and no one calls you back. Plus I had concerns after 6 weeks post op and was told it’s early days and the surgeon won’t see you for 3 months. Told to call in January to see surgeon in Feb and no appointments until March! I’ve paid for this! My advice is avoid.

I was quite taken aback with all the negative feedback from the clinic in Birmingham. There were one or two points I could relate to, but the majority of the feedback did shock me. I had my successful procedure beginning of November and can’t thank the ward & theatre staff enough. They were very caring and thorough the whole time. The receptionist was a little frosty on my arrival, bearing in mind I’d travelled 3 hours to get there, she found it difficult to even greet me at the desk on arrival! If there was one other fault I’d have to mention it would be the fact that my notes had not been read before every communication with myself. I was due two procedures and I seemed to reminding everyone, from the nurses, finance people, and even the surgeon 30 minutes before going to theatre needed to be reminded that I was having two procedures done. I did feel that I could have come out of Theatr with just one procedure done and not both! However, once reminded, by myself, there was no issue, just my notes being double checked again. I have read in a couple of comments that people felt rushed out after their procedure, I didn’t feel this at all. Yes, they want you out, they they need to thoroughly clean the room and get ready for next patient, but I was no means rushed, i was a little rough the morning I was due to leave and they left me to get a few hours extra sleep and wait til I was ready to go home. Those issues aside, I would still recommend Birmingham hospital and if I needed to return I wouldn’t hesitate. Also, the clinic in Cardiff I attended before & after my procedure I found them very pleasant and helpful and would also recommend them to anyone having any sort of procedure done. Thank you to all The staff from both Birmingham hospital and Cardiff Clinic

The aftercare and waiting time to see the surgeon is a joke. I appreciate Covid has had an effect on things but waiting 40+ mins to see surgeon with no apology or explanation is poor.

After surgery I’ve had all my check up appointments at this clinic, all was healing well but then through no fault of myself of the surgeon I was slightly concerned with how an incision was looking. I spoken with Jo who is one of the Clinic Nurses, she reassured me, made space in her diary on that day to be able to see me and has regularly been in contact to check in and see how I’m doing. The aftercare from both Jo and my surgeon has been faultless, couldn’t recommend more!
