This company is a scammers or running some kind of illegal actions. We used this service on many different occasions and they always try to keep your money and create a story why they keep them and never sends money on time. for example you request a transfer on Friday to be delivered by Monday 6:30pm , so they contact you Monday 4:00 pm to request additional document which can be issued from accountant only, God know for what reason , because previously if we sent never asked. They never cancel a transaction and then deal with everything, but no , they keep the money until you say that it's illegal, we are going to report you and this happened on numerous occasions, maybe 6-10 times for sure. Rates are great, but that's how you get hooked up with them. Be aware that your 30 min transfer maybe will be 3-10 days.

The worst service ever! Good if everything is good, but if there is something they are helpless and don’t give a f… about their customers.. They just know how to charge and keep the money, braking the law and you need to spend hours chatting, emails and they don’t even sort the problem caused by themselves. This is not the first time, very disappointed with the service! It looks like a scam! They just take your money and keep it, pretending that there are some problems!!! Also charge business card use about £20-40 pounds if you want to pay by card, who charge this amount?!?! Non of the banks I have seen this ridiculous charge!

I recommend using transferGO. I wanted to transfer some amount of money internationally, so I used this service, because the proposed exchange rate was very good. The transfer took 7 days in total (4 working days), the estimated time of transfer was exceeded, however when I contacted the client support (which took approximately 10 minutes) transferGO ensured me that the situation would be fixed in 30 minutes which was true and I received money the same day.
