I've been using Transcript Divas for nearly a decade now, relating to a long-term oral history and related projects. I'm so pleased with the service I've received. Many of the recordings I have transcribed are quite long, some up to 3 hours, and are sometimes more difficult - multiple voices, less than optimal sound quality. The pricing is competitive and has been a key factor in my continuing use of Transcript Divas' service. In terms of the outputs, the transcriptions have always been produced in a timely manner, they are accurate, the commissioning system is very easy to use including the digital uploading system. The transcribers always take on board any special instructions. Really pleased I found this company, and would highly recommend anybody thinking of trying their service to use it.

The production company I work for as an editor have been using Transcript Divas for years and they are always reliable, fast and there for you. Most recently we had a 45 minute film we needed transcribed which they did well within the super fast timeframe we requested and the transcript came back almost 100% accurate. They were even able to accurately decipher what was being said during a moment at the end of the film where the speaker was very hard to hear due to not having a proper mic. Would recommend!
