    Very poor experience getting a canvas print made here. The canvas is flimsy and the wooden frame shows through around the edges. Had to return the print once to get it fixed, but the problem was still there after collecting it and I am now left with an expensive print that I can do nothing with. They won't accept that anything is wrong with it and refuse to give a refund. Definitely not a company to use for printing.

Save a Child's Heart UK is a small charity and we needed pledge cards and invitations for our fundraising event that would both look smart and not be too expensive as we operate on a tight budget. We were so impressed with the final results (including the quality and the turnaround – for which we received many compliments from our donors), not to mention the professional and super friendly service that Paresh from the Small Format provided us with, that we decided to give Paresh more business and nominate Transcribe Print as the charity's official printers/designers ! Not many people realise how much focus and attention one needs to give in order to produce a good looking leaflet or a pledge card that will convert into donations. Paresh certainly knows his stuff so if you are looking for a reliable, friendly and professional service as well as good products at really great prices you found it here !
