I booked a last minute luxury facial, eyebrow shape & tint - Kathy was brilliant, accommodated what I needed, there was no clock watching, in-fact my facial lasted longer than advertised and Kathy talked through everything step by step, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her attention to detail whilst attending to my eyebrows was second to none and if you want expert hands, she’s the go to person! My last experience at a salon elsewhere didn’t go to plan and Kathy has corrected this and I will not be going elsewhere from now on. 10/10 and would high recommend Tranquil Moments. Absolutely loved my treatments. I had a luxury manicure and pedicure and it was the best one I’ve ever had. My nails were in a bad way from having acrylics (somewhere else) which damaged my nails. Kathy was very understanding and professional and made sure my nails were prepped properly before she put the gel on. My nails have never looked so good!
