    I started training with Lauren about 6 months ago and found her as she was really highly rated on Google. I am not motivated when it comes to working out and I definitely need that push from someone else. From the get go, Lauren’s style is really positive and she really helps you to believe that you can achieve the goals that you set for yourself. The work out’s she puts together are really fun and you really feel like you’ve achieved a lot in a session. When lockdown was announced, she obviously had to move the sessions to Skype and I was initially dubious as to whether I would get as much out of a Skype session as I had in her purpose built gym in but frankly, you have to try before you denounce it. So I did try, and wow! I am still just as exhausted as when I go to her house and it’s actually been the best thing I’ve done whilst in lockdown as it’s kept me from falling off the wagon, so to speak. We can all mean to do Joe Wick’s workouts but if you are like me, then it’s worth paying for a personalised workout with a great trainer who takes the time to get to know you & what you need! Yes, you don’t have all the equipment that Lauren has but she has great ideas on what you can use instead. Of course, it will be great once I can resume my workouts with her in person but I now know that if I can’t physically get to her one week, that that doesn’t mean I have to sacrifice my workouts. Training with Lauren is one of the best things I have ever done for myself!

    I have been training with Lauren now for a while and having had several different personal trainers over time I find her to be the most professional and productive trainer I have had. She sets out clear structure for training , diet and motivation that feel so personal , its very full on and challenging but when I finish a session I feel I have taken another BIG step forward. I would highly recommend.
