I was very surprised how quickly Julie taught me the correct techniques on all the big lifts. And I have a pretty good understanding on how to structure my meals. Studio is really awesome and clean, all the other trainers who work there are really friendly while creating a family-like atmosphere. I had a great time working out with Julie in her personal training sessions, she is a great listener and pays a close attention to the form to ensure you don't cause any injury to yourself. She is a great motivator and really pushes your limit to get the best out of you. Even though both cardio and strength sessions are great, I really enjoy the cardio as I have been doing different exercise in every session from last one year and it never gets boring. I would definitely and personally recommend her incase anyone is looking for a good personal trainer.
