Well you guys couldn't book anything in Saudi at all when I asked Ellie at the time she said she didn't know how to etc don't make excuses!!! already had enough excuses from your staff already and lies so seriously don't Ellie said couldn't combine two countries and couldn't do hotels here even tho I??? asked you do know I am disabled and between the payment dates and timings on flights like today whole day wasted literally and Ellie didn't even advice me on visa in Saudi even tho you duck eggs booked the flight she told me 40 dollars and was 100 quid So don't start with the immature it's not our fault Just like she told me 25th or later for payment when it was the 23rd Just like one your colleagues called me thick etc over the phone for being disabled and called me a liar that was naomi Also there was earlier flight to madinah I could went straight there and also you never told me which terminals whilst in Egypt for the shuttle bus and its always the same one with Egypt Air so why not give me the relevant information She knew I was coming here for umrah Didn't realise you have no knowledge about Muslims in your branches and don't help or cater for the disabled I not had one disabked help thing in place anywhere as you duck eggs ordered wheelchairs so your discriminating against me again for being disabled

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The staff stared at me the whole time. There were multiple free agents, none of which chose to attend to me. I cannot speak for the brand as a whole, but this branch and its employees are horrible. Please go to a different agent.

incredible difficult to get a hold of. I had to ask five times for the answer to a simple question (what is the price change for the next possible flight). As I was in a completely different time zone, the back and forth conversation over email, asking the same question was over a three day period. I gave up on emailing and decided to ring. I was on hold for over a hour. Once I spoke to someone at the other end they were great, but it should not take 4 days total and hours on the phone to get the answer for a simple request.

Trailfinders lived up to their 5 star reputation. 1. Mark in the city branch was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and helped us complete and print off all the very complicated forms, currently required to fly to Singapore. 2. I must also mention the young lady who answered our call for help outside of opening hours; she was calm and knowledge personified. Thank you, TrailFinders
