Attended this location to have a tow bar fitted. I found the experience to be extremely positive the staff were extremely knowledgeable, the towbar was fitted to a very high standard for a very reasonable price. I would have no issues recommending trailer trek.

After fitting my towbar, the reversing sensors failed to work. Asked what trailertrek were going to do, and I got a mouthful of threats and abuse. So I posted a review online. Trailertrek phoned me and begged me to remove the review as it was "harming there business". They offered me a very good discount to remove the review which was so good, I could now afford to have the blown up sensors replaced. As a good will offer, I asked them to change the sensors, and after paying for that, I would have about broken even. Although they agreed, after 3 weeks and 3 visits/calls, one at 7 in the morning, it became clear they had achieved their aim of getting the review removed, and were putting no effort into getting my sensors removed. All in all not the type of service you want if things go wrong.

Hi I had a tow bar fitted to my CX5 at Trailertrek yesterday. I cannot fault the service. I was very well treated with cups of tea. The job was finished in less than the estimated time. The use of the demountable bar and plug fittings were explained. Very clean and tidy job. Thanks all!

Just had a towbar & dedicated electrics fitted to my car at home by TrailerTREK. Can’t fault this company both on price and service. The fitter was very polite & friendly very professional.took the time after fitting to show me everything worked as it should.The car was left in a tidy condition and all rubbish was taken away. I would highly recommend this company

Thanks for the tow bar on our Skoda Octavia Estate - the fitter did a superb job, and was very professional. Took his time fitting the tow bar, and fully tested the electrics on completion. I would recommend this company, as I have used them 3 years ago too, when they did a great job and price on our Nissan Qashqai towbar.
