(Translated by Google) Nice clothes and neat, however the prices are too high. There was even a T-shirt that was at original value £5 cheaper than the value at Traid. (Original) Bonita ropa y ordenada, sin embargo los precios son demasiado elevados. Incluso había una polera que tenía el valor original 5 libras más barato que el valor que estaba en Traid.

Prices are silly. I have been in a number of Traid shops and the prices are never this high. The shop should benefit the cause, but also the consumer (those who often can’t afford high street prices and want to avoid fast fashion).

The staff was really friendly, and the shop very clean and organized, we found some nice clothes but the prices were kind of high to be a charity shop.

Presentable, clean, tidy store. But this is a charity shop! Prices are absurd, a lot of the clothes in this shop are priced at the price of a brand new item or way over their value. The store profoundly advertises their principle of reducing waste, yet I can't imagine their stock moves quickly with such unaffordable prices, which is evident in their overload of stock. I understand their trying to raise as much money as possible for charity, but surely they'd be more successful setting affordable prices and shifting their stock quicker. Management are also quite aggressive and abrupt, not the nicest customer service I've received for sure. Always a shame to visit a shop which doesn't reflect the values they encourage and advertise
