I’ve been to every single Traid store and usually the experience has been really positive. On my last visit to the Hammersmith store, this was not the case - The attitude of the manager in this store is appalling. Before it even reached closing time she was refusing to let people into the store. She was also screaming and arguing aggressively with customers who were in the store still for 15 minutes straight before closing time. She even started barging through the doors of the changing rooms without knocking to tell people to get out. None of this unacceptable behaviour was even directed at me, yet it still it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I’m now reluctant to return to this specific store.

Sale time, wow! Where else can you buy Boden dress, Gap maxi dress, Boden jeans, Monsoon top, brand new Kookai jacket, Kookai top, jumpsuit, And/Or top, Mint Velvet Top and a vintage maxi dress, all for £30!! This was across this shop and the Shepherds Bush one. My only complain is how packed the clothes are on the rails, it's sometimes hard to look through. But hey, no big deal, it's a charity shop! I'm very happy and will visit again. Thanks!
