Note: This isn't a comment on Trafford Surveyors survey team, I wish I could pass judgement, but unfortunately this is just a frustrating recollection of why the poor customer service we received when trying to book a survey resulted us in choosing a more expensive surveyor instead... After collecting several prices and calling/emailing regarding availability, I decided to choose Trafford Surveyors not because they were cheapest, but because they had availability the same week and we were already running behind schedule. During my email conversation with "Disha", they quite consistently kept cutting the conversation dead, being incredibly short and never once prompting me for further information in regards to creating a booking. I mentioned several times that I would like to book my survey in, I continually had to chase up time after time asking if I could book in because they failed to respond to me, and even then I wasn't prompted to provide any information and the topic of booking a survey in was never broached. Eventually, after expressing that I would like to book a survey a final time, the response I received was "it will be next week now". No more, no less. No apologies, not even a prompt asking if I wanted to book in or asking for further information... At this point it wasn't about the availability, it was about the shocking sub-standard customer service which did nothing more than waste my time and ultimately led to me using a different, more expensive surveyor. As I said, I can't pass judgement on the survey team themselves, no doubt they're great, but the company failed at the first hurdle and lost my business after a lot of persistence and patience on my end. Very disappointing.

Never have I met a more professional, approachable, personable and genuinely, exceedingly kind individual as Shaun, who went to so much time, trouble and effort to provide the best survey possible, backed by thorough research and professionally laid-out findings. He's the kind of person who makes the process of getting a survey completed feel like it's not a chore nor a task, but feel like you're dealing with a close friend, trying to help you complete a task as best possible, so you're happy.
