Been living with THT for 9 years. Not once have they come in and asked me how the property is. Cosmetically and structurally. These past 3 years have been depressing and awful. I’m in the final process of a housing disrepair claim because of the disrespect these guys show. They don’t care when it comes down to the nitty gritty stuff. If I could post pictures of my flat I would do. My senior is a woman called Tracey who doesn’t seem like she cares. The building is 70 years old and not once been renovated. Repairs take weeks sometimes months unless it’s an emergency but that’s their job to fix emergencies fast so why praise that. It’s the nitty gritty stuff they don’t care about. Wish I could move but it’s not possible.
