Turned up 3 hours late and with the wrong transport, owner/driver Neil told me to "sort my napper out" when I asked what caused the delay. Turned up 3 hours late, then decided he wasn't doing the agreed job. The type of transport was agreed weeks ago. Of course, got the usual covid/staff excuses but no apology. One phone call could have fixed everything. Abismal communication from day 1. Totally unprofessional in every way. Now given the job to a professional outfit. Would absolutely never use again.
