Me and my family spent 5 days at the hotel (room 002) and it was wonderful! Really comfortable and clean, perfect after walking all day through the city. They are renovating everything so it’ll get even better. The bathroom was big and brand new. The restaurant is great, the food is really good. Finally all the receptionists was the best part of it all, they’re all very kind and nice, always taking care of everything we needed.

We weren't informed upon booking that there were big construction works happening in the hotel so the car park was quite packed when we arrived with machinery. The workers were shouting to eachother early enough in the morning shouting enough profanities, didn't quite bother me but can see how this would upset other guests and also I found a rusty pin on the floor of the room but only managed to find it when I stepped on it after getting out of the shower. Room was nice, bed was comfy showers were good. Unfortunately I think we visited at a bad time but hopefully in the future when works completed people's visits will be more enjoyable. Thanks for having us :) Food & drinks: Nice bar. Limited selection on draft but good choices. Didn't order food however menu looked decent.

Great spacious room, comfy bed, bathroom was great, location isn’t too bad as messy to tram station and 2 minutes walk to bus stop, very good for the price Rooms: Very spacious, can get YouTube and Netflix on TV, bed was comfy and got 4 pillows which was great

I stayed in Room 004 with my family with a super king sized bed with a sofa bed. It was such a great room with fresh and clean toiletries ready for us, an iron and hairdryer, an LED mirror as Well as a super clean room and bathroom. I was very impressed with the level of attentiveness and service from all the staff at the reception and the bar where my family spent the whole day there. Rooms: Very clean and neat with a superking bed and tv that has Netflix. Soft linen towels with the bathroom radiator on when we arrived. It was really warm and nice.

I had an event at the cricket club so the location was ideal for that, the staff were friendly. I got an upgrade on arrival to a double room, this sounded nice, I was led to the basement and realised it may not have been an upgrade after all. I could hear perfectly whenever the room about used the bathroom, it was so clear I could hear their streams when they paused. Additionally the heating system was really ineffective and noisy, and the room very warm leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep.
