I had to write a review as response to the incredible experience i received from this company. I am not a joiner but when my decking needed replacement i decided to do it. The on line decking planner is brilliant and plans to the last screw, everything was in stock. The help i recieved from Steve in the shop was invaluable, his knowledge and friendly manner made all the difference, i really could not have done it without Steves help. Thanks you Steve.

just had a wasted trip due to not being open on bank holiday.Perhaps they could at least leave a recorded message on phone advising customers of revised working hrs during bank holidays and better still update website.Just a thought
