Patrica is the best Pilates teacher I have ever been to. My credentials for recommending her to you are that I have been to many very good Pilates teachers in London, and a number of ordinary ones in both London and York in my 10+ years of doing Pilates. Patrica has taught me control and breathing are the essence of Pilates, and for a stiff old ex-rugby player with a bad back and non-elastic hamstrings, this has been an understanding worth its weight in gold. Thank you! Her daughter. Georgia, has learnt well at the experts table and my feelings are she is just as good.

This is a great space for Pilates classes. The rooms are lovely - airy, calm and in an excellent location. The teachers are attentive with an emphasis on continued learning and reinforcement of good practice. The principles of Pilates are explained with care and all students are encouraged to understand their own bodies and, with help, to adapt the exercises to their own needs. Well worthy of a five star rating.

I was really struggling with my back despite having physio, visiting a chiropractor and trying out various sports massages. Pilates was the thing that finally helped me long term! I have been so well looked after by Patricia and I really cannot recommend her highly enough. I even carried on with my pilates classes with Patricia through pregnancy and I'm now back doing a class with Georgia getting back into shape post pregnancy! I love it!
