I have been signed up with this doctor for over a year and I have never been able to get an appointment. Every time I call it immediately puts me through to an automated line saying there’s no one available.l and to call back tomorrow. I instead have had to go to the walk in centre and wait for hours for three medical emergencies ive had this year. I can’t even speak to a receptionist On the phone. When I did decide to go to practice in person the receptionists seem to be sat there chatting with each other rather than answering the phone or serving the queue of patients. And now it looks like they’re paying for fake 5 star reviews on Google too. Awful service.

After get the wrong antibiotic for my daughter (allergic to penicillin), alternative prescribed - dosage was for adult - ps: she is a baby - risk of overdose her 4x max dose. If this is healthcare please let me die alone. No apologies given. Change Surgery IMMEDIATELY. Shocking

If you can get an appointment the doctors are fantastic. However, there is about as much chance of winning the lottery as there is of getting an appointment as each day is a scramble to secure the holy grail of a chance to speak to your GP between 8-815am. After this time the automated messages kick in and tell you try again tomorrow. Why is it so hard to get an appointment?

This is by far the best surgery I have used in the uk. Really glad to have doctor's like this. The doctors are friendly and genuine. They listen and apart from being busy, they are empathetic and take the time to deal with your problem be it over the phone or in person. They also try different solutions if something doesn't work or you are not happy with the first. I did not have great experiences with prior surgeries, so very happy with the service here. The reception team are also quite sweet and patient. Unfortunately they did change to a same day only service a few months back, which makes it quite difficult to get appointments, because appointments are usually gone between 8am and 8:30am daily. That is the only thing that i am not so happy about. But either than that, great service.

While it took me some time to get an appointment, the two doctors I saw were very helpful. They can't help the delays and business so I don't blame them for that at all. I am just grateful that the two female doctors I saw for my ear infection were kind and caring. Thank you so much.

I've been on medication for over a year that needs regular reviews. I've never seen a doctor at this surgery. The best you can get is a phone consultation if you're lucky.
