Just wanted to say that although they didn't have my item in stock, the aftersales lady was very helpful over the phone and was thorough in checking the availability through their supplier. I chose the refund route instead. Would recommend displaying if the item isn't in stock on the website in the future though to save waiting needlessly 🙂

Placed order for item on Thursday for item stated as in stock paid extra for next day delivery , didn't arrive emailed on Monday to be told out of stock and will get when they have stock. Asked to get refund now they won't answer emails.

Let down by this company. I placed a pre 2pm order and paid extra for next day delivery. Not only did it not arrive, but every time I tried to call, no one answered the phone. My email asking for tracking was also ignored. If you are looking for a professional level of service, leave this company well alone.
