We couldn't be happier with our new windows for craftsmanship and value for money. We had 8 new boxed sashes and 2 casements installed. The fitting took slightly longer than expected but it was completely worth it. Our fitter Lee made and fitted them personally with real craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are beautiful and look fantastic. Whole house feels different. Matthew was great to communicate with and very attentive throughout. Great value and terrific quality - we'll use them again for sure.

Excellent service from Matthew & Alan at TSW right from our first site survey they were polite, informative, not pushy at all, and were genuinely interested in preserving the design and heritage of my old windows. They were great in helping me solve the condensation issues I was having with my old bathroom window and now have a concealed trickle vent. It lets just the right amount of airflow without altering the appearance of the window. Our fitter Lee did an excellent Manufacturing job and tidied and put my room back together for me after he had replaced the windows. I am really happy with them, and can't recommend TSW enough.

I recently had TSW replace all the windows in my Victorian house in Tooting. Matthew provided a neat description/presentation of all works to be carried out and explained the technicalities of different timbers and mechanisms. No hard sales pitch or pushy buy now attitude. The team installed the windows on time working around my individual needs room to room and left the house tidy each day. All managed by Alan. I have been left with windows that each resemble individual works of art so much so I am hesitant to put my old curtains back up. We would recommend to anyone. Thank you Traditional Sash Windows Ltd.
