I have had backache for three years and I was recommended by a friend to find a duo doctor in this clinic. She checked me carefully. Then she gave me acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine. After two months of treatment, I finally stopped taking painkillers. I used to have pain during the day and wake up at night. After her treatment, I can finally sleep until dawn. Thank you, and hope to receive your treatment again after reopen.

Visited the TCM Healthcare Centre in Chiswick to have what I thought would be a 60 minute acupuncture, massage and cupping session. Upon arrival when I told the lady at the front desk what I had arrived for she told me I would have to pay £25 for a consultation (despite already paying (£23) which I was not aware of. Despite having paid for what I believed was a 60 minute session she refused my voucher even when I suggested just having the cupping session and massage without the acupuncture she still said no. I understand why a consultation is required for acupuncture but if this is so essential this information should have been included in the description. I don't see why I couldn't have still had a massage and cupping so at least I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The information provided is very misleading and as a company you should be aware of what is in the description for your services. I have made a request via groupon to have a full refund.

I have a back pain for two months, and I have had several massage treatments without improvement. Recommended by friends to find Dr duo in this clinic. She gave me a careful check. Then she gave me acupuncture and a cupping, and I felt obviously better. I did it four times and the pain disappeared completely. The doctor's technique is very good.
