  Last week I had the pleasure of delivering to Trading Depot. It was only my second day so I don’t really know the products yet and they had a big order. I met Elliott and Andrew who were SUPERB!! They helped me find all the products. Helped me unload and were really great. Thank you so much guys

  Having been let down by one supplier I found the replacement lights on their website. As I knew these were an end of line product I called them to confirm that they had them in stock. I was told yes there were 4 and to order them which I did right away. A week later after no other communication I get an email telling me they are refunding. A week wasted and money taken on a card for a product not even in stock which I'm pretty sure you are not supposed to do. Very poor indeed!!!!! Emailed them.. got no response.. hence posting this. (which i have never done before) No wonder people default to using Amazon with service like this!

  I would not deal with this Company. They are enabling misleading adverts on Google. I was searching prices for a shower door and saw them advertising a very low price, but as it showed the previous higher price, I clicked the link to check. You then cannot order the door alone only at a much higher price as part of a kit. The previous price for the door is still on their website, but you have to search for it seperately.

  Ordered a pack of 6 paving slabs, two arrived broken. This was noted on delivery note. Trading Depot arranged delivery of another pack. These slabs arrived individually. I spotted two corner chips on delivery note as I was on my way out but on moving the slabs on return I spotted that each slabs had a damaged corner. Trading Depot persuaded the supplier to send another pack, this time well wrapped and these slabs arrived in good condition. Thank you trading depot as this gave me the six slabs that I needed.

  What kind of professional business closes all operations and customer service from the 23rd December to 2nd January? The answer is, an amateur one. What’s more, Trading Depot didn’t even have this message on their website when I made an order from them on the 23 December 2022. If they had, I definitely would not have ordered from them. Clearly this business doesn’t understand the importance of informing potential customers of crucial information that would severely delay delivery. Following this I ordered another part from Plumbworld (NOT closed the entire Christmas period) on 29 December, and I’ve already been informed that the part is out for delivery. Take note: this is what you call good customer service. My only mistake was not first coming to see Trading Depot’s overwhelmingly negative Google reviews first…Lesson learnt. My advice: avoid this amateur company like the plague!

  I feel completely scammed by Trading Depot as I paid £207 for a Deanta door that arrived heavily damaged in multiple places. I emailed them the same day with pictures of the damage asking for a replacement or refund and told them it was urgent. I had no reply from them. With no replacement or refund to buy a new one, I was forced to temporarily use the damaged door when the contractors finished the job or else have no door at all on the bathroom for the foreseeable future. It was only when Deanta contacted them on my behalf and I emailed again that Jemma replied and claimed I had never emailed them before, as if I was lying. She then wasn’t sure whether they could give me even a partial refund for a faulty, unusable door because it has already been installed. As if they could re-sell this door to another customer?? It should never have passed QA in the first place. She said she would find out but then I never heard back from Jemma or anyone else ever again! It’s been months. I didn’t so much as receive an apology let alone a refund or replacement. This is appalling customer service from Trading Depot and this company must be a scam.

  Don’t go near these people, I’m a trader and supposed to get quick delivery. When purchased it says In stock so 1-2 days delivery which is false!!! One week later and still waiting despite many calls to chase the order!!

  Never received item. Completely ignored once I asked for refund. Had to launch a dispute through my bank to get money back.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order over a week ago. No contact made at all to tell me the items were not even in stock. When chased on Monday (4 days after order placed), I was told the items would be in stock and I would receive them Tuesday. Probably not to everyone's surprise, nothing arrived. I was then told it would be arriving Thursday - at 10pm still not order. I have then sat in all of today awaiting a parcel which is supposedly arriving which I am losing faith with its arrival by the second. What is more infuriating is that their offices are now closed so not only am I sat without my goods for the THIRD time, I now cannot even speak with anyone. I did receive a refund for the rather hefty £7.95 delivery which is ironic when they don't have the items or cannot get them to you but I am not in financial loss too has for the second time running I have had to delay the Contractors which means we are not two weeks behind schedule which is brilliant when the kitchen, etc. is arriving next week. Anyway, please do not use this company and suffer like we have. There is no need for bad customer service like this and as I have pointed out to Trading Depot, they must be in an extremely strong financial situation if they are continually loose customers and receive negative feedback by such a vast number of annoyed customers.
